Our LMS is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the India Region. Your personal data will be stored and processed on secure AWS servers in India, with AWS providing infrastructure-level security and compliance certifications (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR-ready).

3. What We Collect

• Identification & contact data (name, email, country)
• LMS usage data (login times, course modules completed, assessment scores)

4. Purpose & Legal Basis
We process your data to:

• Create and manage your account
• Deliver and track medical-education content
• Provide support and service updates
• Ensure platform security and compliance

Legal Bases:

• Your explicit consent (for marketing)
• Contract performance (to deliver LMS services)
• Legal obligations or legitimate interests where permitted

5. Cross-Border Transfers
Because the LMS is hosted in India, your data will be transferred from your country to AWS servers in India.
We apply appropriate safeguards (e.g., encryption, secure protocols, contractual clauses) to protect your data during transfer.
By registering, you consent to this transfer , as required under laws in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Türkiye, Algeria, Kuwait, Qatar, Jordan, and Lebanon.

6. AWS Compliance
AWS provides industry-standard security measures, including:

• Data encryption at rest and in transit
• Physical and network security controls
• Compliance with global standards (ISO, SOC, GDPR frameworks)

7. Consent & Withdrawal

• You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting support@bridgecme.com.
• Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing.
• On withdrawal, non-essential processing (e.g., marketing) will stop, and your data will be deleted or anonymized unless retention is required by law.

8. Retention
Data is retained only as long as necessary for stated purposes or legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized.

9. Your Rights
Depending on your country, you may have rights to:

• Access, correct, delete, or restrict processing
• Object to processing or request portability
